The Munster Intermediate Club Hurling Championship is an annual hurling tournament played between the hundreds of Intermediate hurling clubs in Munster. Teams qualify for this tournament by winning the Intermediate Hurling championship in their county. In 2008, the winners of the Kerry Senior Hurling Championship participated at this grade rather than at senior. The winners get to compete in the semi-final of the All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship which is played early in the following year.
